There is an ntl address which is specifically for subscribers to request that ntl provides access to a particular newsgroup. The address was posted on here about a year or more ago. Don't know if anyone still has it though.

free download in pics or MB for registered accounts
at globalnews or usenetbinaries ( 2 - 5 MB daily - but not for yahoo, hotmail etc.)
it is ever the same problem with the newsgroups ....
there are always sick underage posters
spreading their stuff over different groups ...
i must see it at vintage, largebreasts, even mature ngroups .etc. ..
and if too many complaining at the provider about ...
the provider must react & cancel certain groups
to avoid further problems.
