Personally I like breasts.

Big ones, small ones, perky ones, and even droopy ones.

I certainly prefer natural ones, and don't mind imperfections at all.

Not too keen on silicone boobs, they often look good at one or two angles only.

BUT I think it is the choice of the person having it done, whatever makes their life more fulfilled is a good thing.

That's two more than i've seen in the last thirty years. Natural is much better, be it 34A or 40DD
