I agree with all the comments above.
However, it's perfectly true, the price quoted does reflect similar offers I've seen made by a lot of the UK's current pro producers! In fact a lot of them won't pay male talent (partner or not). Oh yes & don't mention the cost of STI/HIV testing!
So before bemoaning the lack of good talent, good wardrobe, decent set, sound & lighting rig etc.....think on.
