thanks fellas for the advice.....have now basically tried everything as advised, downloaded different browsers, even reset my modem but no avail. I could always view the site homepage and preview etc before I joined - even got the e-mail from netbanx after I joined. Can view every other site ok. Ah well, 12 quid down but fcuk it.

I`d just like to point out I aint having a go at the site. It appears I`m the only person who has experienced the problem - having visited the site forum and old posts in this forum as well, the site has been reviewed very favourably, and it would appear Cathy and co are very fan-orientated (as opposed to Teresa May - how many videos/`official sites` have given the impression of hardcore content available?). So I dont want anyone to get the wrong impression - was just looking forward to seeing Cathy on cam........the anticipation was probably worth the money alone!

once again, thanks for the responses.

I'd email the webmaster or billing company and get them to check wether the user & password work...might have been a gliche in the set-up
which has some how blocked your IP

Just out of interest what message appears when you try and access the site?

The reason I ask is sometimes you'll get a message saying that it doesn't exist but when you click on it again it does...have had similar instances with searches on google.com...weird to say the least

Of coures it wouldn't hurt to run a few programs like adaware, spybot & CW Shredder just incase theres a downloaded hidden program doing the damage

cheers

Got to agree with Deuce. Don't give up, Cathy's site is well worth the trouble.

the message is `this page cannot be displayed`. Spends about 30 secs trying to connect, but then displays the message.

I had thought about the idea that somehow my ip address has been blocked, but a mate had suggested switching off my modem then restarting it in order to obtain a new IP address - dont know if doing this resets your ip, but I still couldnt connect after trying it.

Anyway, as a last resort I have sent an e-mail to the webmaster (got the address from the mailing list e-mails), hopefully if this an IP problem then it can be resolved. I`ve pretty much exhausted all ideas at my end - I will let you know if I get thru. I`m fairly PC/internet literate and can usually resolve any PC probs, but this one has me stumped.

thanks for the help guys, much appreciated.

cheers Cathy, will do

just so you are aware, I wasn`t trying to cause any hassle or create negative comments about the site, and dont want to put anyone off joining. Is probably a technical thing that occured when I joined and seems to only have been me that has ever had this problem. Just need to go and buy some dvds instead now!

Now the forum and you dont need to be bored about this anymore!!
