I don't know the whole case but on melonfarmers a case with shitting was not found obscene

'Scat (video clips of gay men defecating and performing sex) on a web site published in the UK in 1999, was NOT found to be obscene by a UK jury where the persons viewing the material were subscribing members of the site who WANTED to view such material. (R. v Perrin (2000)'

All our customers are getting their goods with no problems but then we ship from a non EU country not known for Porno (Not for public knowledge please) We also take the trouble to hand write all addresses and periodically change the packaging. But then we don't ship shit (scat that is) so there are ways round the issue if the retailers change their packaging methods occasionally.

So the UK customs laws are pathetic are they?..........Maybe,but at least this country does (and hopefully always will)find scat films both legally and morally disgusting................anyone who gets turned-on by these, like you, needs mental help....................so shut up,stop moaning, and get yourself some serious therapy,mate.......................

I think the last UK producer who went away for supplying pooh video's was caught filming with his wife in a Haunted Castle.... Hmmm I think I would crap my pants in that sort pf location.

They put it to the jury it was artistic impression, I know some of the galleries have crap in them but the jury wouldn't accept their reasoning.

What has 'disgust' got to do with it? I find someone picking their nose 'disgusting' but it isn't illegal (to the best of my knowledge).

Under the Human Rights Act the censorship should be proportional to the physical and or moral harm and not to the amount of 'disgust' that someone might feel.

personally there are a number of things in porn I find disgusting (like ATM for example) but it doesnt mean they should be illegal

as long as all parties were old enough to decide they wanted to do it and consented to what was happening then I dont see it as an issue (hence child and animal porn I do have an issue with) - if zig wants to watch scat let him go for it, if u dont then no one is forcing u to

Thanks for all your replies and advice guys.
Ironically I received another order from MFX last week that they mailed a couple of days earlier. These were non scat (Alex the Droog will be pleased to know!), but I don't think that's got anyting to do with it because I have received scat flicks in the past. MFX said they sent the order separately to avoid problems with customs!
As someone says it seems to be totally random whether they open them.
I have asked MFX whether I might be refunded or maybe they could send them again, but I don't hold much hope out on either count.
I am a little concerned that I might be on some sort of list and anything I now send for from abroad will automatically be opened.
One thing, the form I received (C& E 41 Notice of Seizure for those of you who know it), states three videos were confiscated and I sent for four. MFX said it was a partial delivery, so it might be that one is still to come. It will be interesting to see whether that gets intercepted too.
It was an office in Coventry where it was seized.

I guess I will have to put it down to experience and view the eighty odd quid as the cost of that experience. It does look like I might not be able to order from abroad at least for some time. Fortunately, I have already amassed a decent collection to enjoy!

Finally to Alex the Droog - I was expecting at least one answer like yours and you duly obliged. But one question to you , sir. What are you doing looking at a site like this in the first place if you have such a strongly moralistic outlook?
Maybe you should join the Taliban instead where you can torture a few infidels?
Incidently, I assume yoyu've taken your moniker from 'A Clockwork Orange'? I thought Burgess's whole point in that book was that it is wrong for the state to impose it's own morality upon the individual - even someone like Alex?
Then again, maybe you haven't read it?
