Charlie, you raise a good point.

The general consensus seems to be that ?Forced Entry? will be the one title which leads to a guilty verdict. Given that only a limited number of people using this forum would consent to watch it, it?s easy to see how a jury in a conservative US state will react when faced with the scenes you describe in a courtroom.

Interestingly, ?Forced Entry? was also the title of a notorious film, that dealt with the same themes in the anything goes days of 70?s smut cinema. Even back in an age when sexual boundaries were being transgressed on a daily basis, it was met by wide spread revulsion by audiences. This doesn?t bode well given the current political climate in the US.

Personally, I think Black was asking for it, an attempt to achieve the iconic status of ?freedom fighter?, a role previously adopted by both Larry Flynt and Al Goldstein. Regardless of his motives, things are likely to get very difficult for the US smut community if he finds himself looking at a lengthy jail sentence.

I'm sure that many of the forumites remember the Channel 4 progrmme where the British girl went to the States and withdrew part way through a Max Hardcore shoot. In that programme she also did fluffer duties on an Ex/Ass title, Rob Black was interviewed and made no bones about the type of porn he made "I make hardcore sweaty nasty porn" or at least something like that, I can't remember word for word what his comments were.

It would be quite interesting to get the point of view of Ex/Ass performers I should imagine that could be eye-opening.

Just thought. If the offences are internet related are the prosecution likely to check the records and find out who had seen or ordered the offending titles?

We got both kindsa music here. We got Country and Western
