Please Help ID Girl or Film [SOLVED]

Hello,

Can anyone help identify this girl with a large tattoo of a scorpion her right shoulder? I've tried IAFD 's tattoo search without any luck. I think she is with Alain Deloin in this scene, but I'm not 100% sure. I would guess this is from late 1990s / early 2000s.
