Didn't know you were a fan of Kraftwerk. Another legend gone.
Re: Florian Schneider .RIP.
I saw Kraftwerk in Brighton around the early 80's late 70's
At the Brighton Done where the acoustics are really good. All know of the Brighton
Pavilion , and it is a huge Victorian Hall . As opposed to the Brighton Center which is crap for sound and on the sea front
There were so loud my ears hurt for a couple days afterwards.
Makes today music no worth a used face mask.

I've seen them twice at music festivals in Gent and Barcelona, but by then not in their full original line up. Huge scale gigs though so wouldn't have been quite the same as your early days gig.
Though I did also see Karl Bartos touring with a band at a club in Glasgow some years ago. He also played several Kraftwerk tunes.
In recent years they became virtually impossible to get online tickets for. Sold out in seconds due to the organised scalper groups.
