Legal Challenges: Models who moan ?

Dear Readers.

Is there any folks with experience of legal claims by bemoaning models :

Who answer each email with claiming not to be threatening legal action , and with the next two lines , say they will take legal action over stock images.
Then pop in phases like the voyeuristic law : (https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/voyeurism ) No connection what so ever .

I do know of one legal case from the early 1980's where a very popular model lost her case over a photographer who had consenting images that the model was not happy about a few years on when Page three career took off . Model is now early 60's ....

This has all started due to the allegation by a model who claims her levels have been infringed ,However the model has been informed in a nice polite way that all were agreed at time of payment .
Also there is Say // Evidence that backs up to be no infringement took place , but was agreed and encouraged . I can't won't give details . Other than to say a series were taken in sequence .

When I went to circus tavern for a lap-table evening .
Years ago ....I always remember when I hear her name : Teresa was ripping folks off asking double payment. Until the other models and folks got to inform the correct price.
However, by today's prices the higher price was still cheaper than today's going rate. Still nude and pussy , nothing changes ...Pussy Power ?!
