Yeah I didn't buy from him either. After thinking his prices were too high and not bothering, I got about ten emails from him desperately trying to get a sale, lowering the price slightly each time & then suddenly promising Fiona York b/g stuff to people who pre-order.

As I don't know the fella, can't comment on his ethics , though I'm sure the people who feel that they have lost out will not doubt follow through to the small
claims court , and to go public over their losses .
The phase : Buyer beware comes to mind .

I had to choke back a little laugh at the way this thread went

Someone wondered whether I was legit in introducing a fully refundable fee of ?5 for a list of high level material with more than 50 different models. Sorry if that seems like a big commitment But it's been introduced purely to repel creepy model stalker types, and when you do buy something (at much lower prices than mentioned elsewhere in the thread) at least it actually arrives
