I used to go to Bob Singletons Full Service parties some years ago now where both Karen and EML used to work

Not surprised about who she did her only b/g scene with, considering it was a published scene.
But there are a lot of well know models willing to do adults levels, including b/g, if paid enough as long as it's kept private.
