ukstudenthousexxx.com are stealing my money!!!

i went to sign up for ukstudenthousexxx.com five weeks ago, went through the sign-up process ok until i clicked the final submit and got this message,

Not Found
The requested URL /UKSH/NEWLogin.asp was not found on this server

whenever i type my username and password i get the same message as well. i'm unable to cancel my membership at the site, unable to cancel it at Netbanx the company that deals with transactions and my computer crashing has not helped because i lost my transaction id i had in a .txt file stored on my PC.

they have already took two payments from my bank account totally ?30

you guys got any idea's of what i can do next?

Your only option would seem to be your bank

Get it dishonored it or just close the account altogether

Seems pretty straight forward if you produce all the reasons why all other avenues for cancelling are unavailable

i'm not going to www.ukstudenthousexxx.com, i'm going to www.ukstudenthouse.com but when i click on the members link the url is:

http://www.ukstudenthousexxx.com/UKSH/NEWlogin.asp.

i then type in my user & pass and i get the message saying:

Not Found
The requested URL /UKSH/NEWLogin.asp was not found on this server.

i'll write to you if you give me your email address. and you saying you aren't stealing my money but ?30 pounds has gone out of my account, saying netbanx on the statement, i can't cancel my account. i can't access the members section, so what do you call that?

I had a similar problem when I first joined but it was sorted pretty quickly. Definitely use the www.ukstudenthouse.co.uk address.

I think you need to go look at your own site again then Mike, because all the log-in links point to , from what I can see. Perhaps you should have a word with your webdesigner and get him to change them (back?) to a domain that works properly.

Pending further explanation, I'm with djb on this one
