I see no ones answered this question then. The short answer is its up for negotiation or you go by the rate the company is offering unless they want you and pay what you demand

Personally, I think the 'no interest' in this thread is a perfect example of the pathetic state of what is left of this now miniscule business here in the UK ! And indeed a reflection of how many people from said business frequent this site !!
