Without getting into any mud slinging here, I will defend Faye in so far as I know and get on with her really well.
I don't think any model should enter into any arrangement with an agency to do a hard shoot for free. Whenever I've auditioned girls I always stress payment providing all the paperwork is in order. I've been privileged to have girls shoot for me on credit, but then, ones reputation precedes one already.
As I've suggested to model agencies, shoot a little interview, strip set and a mild bit of solo. This is perfect for seeing the girls attitude and body. Don't bother fucking her 11 ways from Sunday, this is totally unnecessary and spoils the image in certain producers minds as to how they see her. If the girl gets contacts from such a show reel, she can enter into negotiation and discuss her limits with the individual producer or photographer.
I've found that certain models will do more than what their agents tell you they will if you meet them personally and the reason they tell their agents they don't do certain things is because they don't want to do such things with all and sundry.

Ok...trying to be totally unbiased here.
Whether it is worth doing any work, whatever the fee, comes down to whether it is beneficial to the person doing it. Working for free is fine if you think you will benefit from it.
Lets face it Faye isnt doing her bukakke parties for free just cos she loves the feel of cum on her face (although I'm sure its a decider lol) but because the content appears on her site and people sign up to see it, and so she makes money.
The theory is this guy is making his demo tapes to promote the model and make money for the model. The reality however is that people only do things for their own entertainment or financial well being, whether its now or potential future earnings. I think he perceives himself as doing everyone involved a favour but again the reality is that rather than being seen as a bright idea in a world of fog, he will naturally get lumped in with the many many fraudsters out there due to his lack of reputation. Hence I would agree totally with One Eyed's good advice on avoiding doing this.
As for signing up for Faye's site to get into her free bukakke parties...even if its true (and seeing as how I'm going to one on Monday and havent been asked to do any such thing I doubt it) what's to apologise for. Innovation, improvisation and imagination - you can do WONDERFUL things with them! Megabucks isn't everything - just look at the big, big, big budget conventional movies that fail to hit the spot!!
I think Faye is, in general, right with what she says though...
But Sandie, you're most certainly right... there are undoubtedly some spot on amateurs outthere who could no doubt produce wonderful stuff....
