I would say perhaps what your looking for is guys new to the industry but having done a little work so tried and tested...wont have to pay them as much as the old regulars but with a degree of consistency performance wise and most likely still having fun rather than bogged down with looking like porn stars. Myself comes to mind!

Just a thought but perhaps some of the more established producers might have a good read of this thread and take notes. Lets face it, having sex really must be a 'job' to guys like Steve Hooper and Tony Di Sergio etc and they certainly dont look like real people. Real people havent spend 4 hours a day for the past 10 years down the gym. Give the newer guys in the industry a chance, films wont look so robotic
