well them been from the states would explain why i don't know any of the girls on their website,
Ive had no problem getting a reply but they just give you a website link when you ask for references which is just a agency site with no feedback, and the rates they offer sound to good to be true.

Tanya, no references or feedback, rates that sound too good to be true, and yet the agency is looking for UK models, with rates that good, why is there a need to search for models outside of the US?
Also, did a whois on the domain (ROSECITYEMPIRE.COM), and the domain is registered to a guy named Azelle Hall. Google his name and you'll find this link:

Truth is he steals photos and content from photographers to make his site look legit then gets unsuspecting women?s info to harass them. As soon as one site is exposed he creats another one. He?s operated under Huntzmodel, tnamodels, luckiicharms, and now Rosecityempire. Check his twitter under Rosecitytemp and its literally 35 thousand tweets of him trying to harass women online into getting their info. If you search for his real name you will find results from different model forums that show he steals content and criminally harasses women. He has NO work, he has NO contacts in any of the industries he claims. Most experienced models ignore him, but a few impressionable young or new models have been scammed into giving him fees up front, or have been harassed when they refuse to cooperate."

My advice for anyone being contacted by this guy would be to stay far, far away. Don't reply to his emails.

Hi Hugh,
He didn't ask me for money or anything just said he has lots of film extra work that i would be perfect for all paying between 250 - 1000 pound a day and he'll add me to his books if im interested,
But even though he hadn't asked for anything unusual my instincts where screaming that something wasn't right, especially when a agency gives a website link instead of references,
