new adult industry model agency

Hi,
I am posting this basically to introduce ourselves.
We can be found at

a new UK based agency focusing on the adult industry.

We have already made some great contacts within this business and are hoping that we can develop some more working relationships both with models, producers and others with invaluable experience.

Of course, any tips/suggestions to better our site, and indeed to further our ventures are more than welcome.

After watching this forum 'in the shadows' for a while, I am aware that there are many helpful individuals and characters out there, and I have enjoyed a lot of the good natured sparring.

I hope I get chance to converse and hopefully get to work with some of you.

Paul- just a few thoughts ............

A nicely designed site, with the sort of faces you'd expect to see.

The difficult bit will be whether you can use that as a base from which
to attract some new faces.
ie. faces that aren't on most other model agency sites already.
Otherwise,unless you only take, say, 15% instead of the usual 20, I'm
not sure why people would choose you over the already established sites
they currently use.(and I'm referring to the reputable sites you'll be aware
of)
No matter how it's packaged, it's all down to who you have and how much
you take.

Same old faces I'm afraid, you've got to find a steady supply of new faces if you want to be see as more than just another "bloke with a bit of web space"

How about a showreel to see what the girl can do in advance, like a strip and mild solo, nothing too strong, just shows their attitude to what they are doing. I don't know why agencies don't do this instead of sending girls to anal jobs that don't do anal. I have never experienced this personally because I don't usually use agents, hence why I conduct my own full in depth interview before hand but I have heard of this from certain agencies who shall remain nameless.

we filmed our first production last week, and some of the footage will be edited into showcases for the models concerned.
we will create two versions, one public (very mild) and the other (full strength !) for our registered producers to view.

Sorry but wont be adding to my list of favourites.........no loss to you thou' as I don't use agents.

Yeah, I haven't seen inside the site (I'm not faffing about with all that registering and logging-in palaver) but I can guess what's on offer.

If Paul C can furnish his site with birds like Linda Lusardi, Debbie Ashby, Debbie Corrigan, Sylvia Saint, Erika Bella, Cathy Lloyd, Stacy Owen, etc, we'll use him all the time and success will be assured. If he can't ? well, what's the point? Tell you what; I'm only going to be hiring premier league glamour girls from now on, just for the odd job. I've tried the best of the so-so girls and the punters don't give a wank, they're not interested in them and I'm out of pocket.
