Some free advice - if you haven't shot adult then starting with new girls will be a big risk - can you get the performances you need?

Better to use girls who have at least some adult experience, esp if you are bringing a typical non adult stop start shooting style.

You might not want a "star", but you def want some experience. You'll find a good selection on AIR

If you are shooting stop start, use well established males.

If you want acting ability - e.g you are more 9 Songs than 9 Random Fucks - , make that clear, and be prepared to cover travel costs for anyone you want to audition. I, for example, often perform, but I can't act for toffee.
