Pure Media Production is shooting 3 scenes a day!!

As managing director of The pure production team I am proud to announce we have won yet again a new contract for our in house productions.
We are thriving and growing rapidly each and every week and will continue to do so for many years to come.

As some of you are aware we have grown the business and have moved premises to new and much bigger facilities, from the success of this we are now shooting for 4 US clients for broadcast and have secured a 12-month rolling contract for all our services.

It has been brought to our attention that some individual's in the business have made comments of our company being a non-payer over the past few months. This is a little disheartening to say the least, especially when our company is doing nothing other than growing at a fast pace and we need the talent to move forward with us.

Growth would be much easier if everyone would be constructive rather than destructive and the industry would be much better off with good and professional performers whom take pride in there job rather than being and are willing to treat it as a career.

Our business has taken many turns over the past few years and some production companies are no longer with us and this is from the economic downturn, which has also affected our industry. We are all working hard to keep the good UK industry reputation going but if people keep putting negative blocks in the way this reputation will get harmed in the long run.

What we need is for the adult stars in the business to work together and not against each other. It appears that the new performers who come in to our business spend more time slandering companies rather than working with each other. They wonder why they are then not getting work. It is saddening to say the least when you have been in this business for sometime and have worked with performers such as Angel Long, Poppy Morgan, to name a few who have seen the business for its up?s and downs and still to this day take there job, as a professional & fun place of work. Where every day no matter who or where they are working take pride in their professional approach.

The new talent that enter in the world of adult entertainment these days should spend more time pro actively searching for work and spend less time on social media networks slandering people. If you spend time networking and pointing your energy in the right direction our business would not suffer with the unprofessionalness and personal views of certain individuals.
We are also shooting now for one of the worlds biggest production companies and have also won a 2 year contract for shooting BG, GG, Fetish + much more.

We are trying to make our business as a whole in the adult industry profitable again and we can only do this by working together. So people if you would like to treat this as a career and are professional in what you do we will be able to offer work to most of you.

As I said when you were complaining on X-Biz about being unable to get UK models, it's because Eva doesn't reply to anyone as you can see from Emma's threads.

Not the slight "sorry we are just so busy to reply to everyone" problem you seem to think it is. She doesn't reply to anyone it seems.

We are really bussy and therefore we can not get back to everyone. We have our shooting guidelines and need to satisfy our customers therefore not all models are suited to be booked.

I have to ask the question that you have raised yourself.

Do you or have you ever paid talent later than you agreed to ? It seems to me that your statement looks to mention the issue but avoid a answer to the question by talking about how many contracts that your company has and the economic downturn.

The bottom line is simply pay people on time and they will not be able to make such statements.

Hi Gerry,

We have been in business for over 5 years.

When any new company is set up there is always accounting issues to resolve. This now is in full working order and we have no problems whatsoever!

We are now working on various productions, have a great working capital to take this forward and everyone is up to date. So what ever has been mentioned before is only rumours that circulate. If you recall there have been various other companies on more than one occasion non paying and we are certainly not one of them. Look at the track record for 5 years, never any problems with payments.

May I add that it was only a few models that experienced this at the set up of the new company not pure media as this was a client of ours. All of which now is growing and girls are being paid on time every week.

From here on in our business is growing and if you see the flow of models we are booking here then I think you need to pay attention to the girls that are regularly paid and with in time.

Our regular girls such as Chloe lovette, Tiffany Naylor, Kiki, Angel Long, just to name a few know our business is moving and in the right direction and never experience payment problems.

So from a few post's or bad rumours I think we all need to work together as everyone is begging for work and we have plenty of it to go around.

It seems the new talent in the industry are the ones who only have time to moan and not actually get on with the job.

If you are looking for good paid work then we are ready for you and will continue to make hot porn for our broadcasters and major US companies.
