If it's like a small sample gallery, you'll be fine but if it's something like a full gallery on a file sharing forum and you don't own the copyright, that's a no no.

A lot of affiliates will want to pick their own pics... I usually do this by giving them access to the sites... of course there is always the chance they will abuse this... but unfortenetly thats the game right now
