Those are not emails to do with the website, or its subscribers.

Photographer correspondence needs to be with the editors (Matt, Andrew and James), and not through the paysite or this forum.



As a favour, I have mentioned it to the editors that you have tried to get in touch.
Oh, and Mark is advertising and marketing...so he wouldn't be the contact person for tog emails either.

i'll third that.

i asked for a refund of my membership from the cc company.

the site wasn't updated for three months, emails were ignored and the issue with video playback was not resolved after 6 months.

there are simply better experiences out there for paying members.

yes the quality of updates is good, when they happen - there are 5 new updated photosets advertised and we are nearly in the middles of the month of april - for a site with so much published content imho its not good enough.

Hi Satch,

I am now the person generally in charge of the site, and I am aware of the issues we faced previously. Rest assured though that moving forward, everything is going to run the way it should. Video playback is working perfectly, and will also be monitoring support emails to ensure that they are responded to properly.

I will soon be handling updates for pics and vids, but to be honest 2+ updates a week for our very low membership price is still good value (between ?8 and ?14 a month). [You pointed out 5 updates for April, and it's the 12th of the month...so not too bad I think)

Alas mine is not as your problem seems to be. I am a producer trying to contribute to the success of the organisation. And for some obscure reason know only to them, they choose to ignore me.
