I actually agree with the tightening of the legislation.

Porn should be freely available for adults to buy/watch if they so choose.
It shouldn't be on show to those who don't want to see it or might take
offence.

What about a mum with young kids coming across such a scene ?
Why should she be put in that position ?

Ok, there are public places and public places.
Ok, you can say there weren't people about and we had lookouts but
then you should have to prove it - which is easier said than done.

Anyway, if I took kids out to the country, I'd almost EXPECT to run across couples indulging in various acts of naughtiness......it must be all that fresh air.
I agree, I wouldn't necessarily want them to be at it like knives in the doorway of my local Waitrose, but that's mainly because their trolleys are so wide.......
