I think you might be over charging somewhat. The average budget of a British porn shoot is barely enough to cover the girl and the stud (who typically gets less). Any equipment is usually already owned or borrowed. Editing is done at home by the director (can you tell?) and any profit made becomes his wage. If he had ?1500 to rent a stately home, it would almost certainly be spent on onscreen talent, shot in his own flat.
I sincerely hope you do get offers as we do see the same locations in porn quite often, so good luck, but I think you might be barking up the wrong tree cost-wise.
