I have tried without success to order some videos direct from Fiona Cooper Videos, has anyone else had any trouble?
I twice used the online internet order system, both times I received an order confirmation followed 24 hours later by an email stating they were unable to supply at the present time.
any idea what is going on?

They have been utterly reliable in the past.
So far this year I have had only one catalogue from them (as opposed to the usual four by now): whether this has anything to do with your troubles I don't know, but it certainly doesn't sound a coincidence........

Yeah, probably because business is crap (hardly surprising considering the calibre of recent Fiona Cooper models) There's no point in sending out catalogues if you can't pack them with stunnas - or failing that, at least the sexually attractive. And there's no point going to all the hassle and expense of compiling and publishing said catalogue if the punters can't summon up enough interest to purchase anything once they get it.

There you go again, having a pop at the poor old punter: the first part of that post is fair enough with regard to recent CONTENT, although I suggest you take a look at recent BGAFD database entries and the FC omline catalogue itself before making such wild and probably poorly-researched generalisations.
The second is ridiculous: if the calibre of the girls is so poor, would YOU buy them? Exactly: no. So why expect us to 'summon up interest'? I don't buy porn as a social service to you or any other supplier: I expect my money's worth.

You've hit the mail on the head - all I have to go on are some naff catalogues Fiona sent me 18 months ago and a rash of recent Fiona Cooper criticism on this forum - But what the heck? I've ordered from Fiona Cooper three times within last month or so.Initially 7 videos at very decent price.Impressed enough to order 5 more and then another order of 5 videos.Each time orders arrived within 4 days and catalogue enclosed each time.Crystal clear picture quality and have to admit i rather like the yellow box sleeves they come in.Most of them were g/g ones[my fav genre]
I'm well impressed by a fast,reliable and fair price service.I know the background of Fiona etc but can only write here of the excellent service of the guy and his company.
