It may surptise you to know that we of "This Sceptered Isle" are the biggest buyers of porn, Per Capita, in Europe.

Dibble made an astute observation in that we have no awards or even recognition of our Industry. Erotica is the nearest we get, but is only a tiny statement, and financially motivated by the promotors who have no interest whatever, other than cashing-in on a vastly marketable genre.

I formed the PPP partly as a spur-of-the-moment bit of fun and then on reflection as a serious Platform to change our antiquainted Rules/Regs

What did I get -TOTAL APATHY apart from expected support from friends and colleagues.

Youre quite correct in what you say Marcus, but dont forget there are a lot of ordinary punters, that buy whats on offer and enjoy it, and dont necessarily want to publish the fact that they watch it, so it,s difficult for them to stand and be counted, but they are the people that keep the industry going, they are not connected to the it, many may have families etc, and thats their reason they cant be "Rebels".

BTW, the first time I ever watched one of your videos, I thought this is just some guy with a camcorder doing his own thing, only to find out later, that:

It's more a question of who has the power to change things.
As a consumer, my influence is limited to (hopefully constructive) criticism- it's up to those involved more directly in the industry to respond to that demand, or eventually they'll go bust, and then we'll have nothing but poorly-made amateurish dross.
I simply don't have the time, money or technical expertise to make my own stuff- and I really don't see why I should have to, given the amount of people there are already doing it, for better or worse (often, alas, the latter).
