connecting to tvx news groups

Can anyone help I would like to connect to the televisionx news goups , I have looked ata the F.A.Q but have not had any luck , any step by step help for me the idiot would be most appreciated

You use outlook express. Go to the internet options and you will find accounts then news. Set up an account with the details your ISP has given you.
