payment in nealy all cases is payment when finished, we never pay by cheques, but thats down to our prefrence, this scam seems to be bigger than expected, not going into anything here but let it be known its not finished untill its finished !

I would suggest XXXXXX pays up what he owes promptly or this might severely impact on his business. PS: Thats not a threat from me, just friendly advice if you dont want this to impact on your reputation as no one will tell you, they just wont tunr up tpyour parties and all there will be is a load of lads getting pissed up waiting to see tits and not seeing any and you've got a riot on your hands.

I would also suggest paying the young lady a sweetener on top for the inconvenience too.

Well, thats what I would do but I wouldnt because I pay up like every decent producer should: On the day and after the job!

Using a girl for a shoot and saying she will get paid when you get paid is not the way to do business

Totally agree T, get a bad name and all hell breaks loose, best advice there, second that about bringing peoples names into the frame, best kept outside the forum, never know who reads them.

They cover their costs getting there and then told after a shoot they are not getting paid until the producer gets paid!

My understanding of it (and heres the shit and giggles part) is that this guy was doing an audition with new guys and the cheques didnt clear.

Theres a surprise.

While many bitch on here about paying to do tests, you can see now why those auditions dont work because the girl always has to get paid or the producer (for lack of a better word) gets to look like a dick head for it.

I trust you did get a model release signed to use it too. Hmmm
