What are location rates for an apartment?

Hi all,

I have a one bed apartment which I have recently moved into which I would like to rent out by the hour for shoots... can anyone suggest a rate?

It's in Watford, Hertfordshire so in a good location for the M1/M25 and the rail networks.

If anyone could give the going rates for locations that would be most helpful.

Size?

You need fairly big rooms to shoot in.

If it is large enough but not special, and you don't have lights etc, you might get 50 quid a day. Your competition is motel rooms and deals on laterooms.com, not proper studios or high end apartments.

I would suggest you post some sample pics on here of our apartment. Rates can be negotiable depending on how gorgeous the apartment is, ease of parking and location etc. Ric
