DPA allows you to do anything you like, with consent.

The problem lies in liability if the data is not properly cared for.

I still love performing and shooting, and always happy to help people make porn. Esp if tittivation.com will be an outlet :-)

well that kinda goes without saying, Paul... it applies to all data processed by a computer or held in an organised manual filing system! I don't hear anybody kicking a stink up about Producers having copies of their IDs etc. - People need to get this into perspective before shooting from the lip about the DPA.

Youve lost faith in me???

You say that like you actually know me personally. BGAFD probably tolerate me talking about UKAP because they know I've been active as a producer and industry related matters for years.

I know I dont come on here showing pics from may latest shoots (not that there is anyhting wrong with that) its just because I dont feel the need to.

I have been helpful to alot of people over the years just because I can.

I think Ive said all I need to already and this is your response. It seems to be rather personal again and I can honestly state that I have never made this about me.

This industry diminishing before me I know as far as the credit crunch affecting everybody but if truth be known, I dont think the industry is diminishing at all. I'm still busy as I ever was and that last comment wasnt meant to trivialise other people suffering through the credit crunch.

If there is one thing you might accuse me of being guilty of is perpetuating these threads where it gets personal like what we have now but I feel to ignore or "maintain radio silence" with posts such as yours is even more ignorant as it sends out the message I dont care.

I do. Hence my response.

If you have "lost faith" in me then there is not much I can do about that. I never asked you to like me in the first place. The issue I brought up is what it is. I'm not looking for love for it.

Maybe a bit of appreciation would be nice but I guess I shan't be expecting that from a man who has indeed "lost faith in me"

If you meant the whole posting thing on UKAP , we have a poll over there and if I'm brutally honest, fan votes for how producers and models get their tests is not valid because this is the sexual health is the affair of those who are in the frontline doing it and as you know, more models are more likely to view a fan base forum than a producer forum.

Its also easier to view votes their in polls rather than here which is what I mean that Sams vote didnt count here if people can see a visial representation of it there they are not going to waste tiome looking through ninety odd posts for those in favour.

I gave everyone the option to vote on it but you seem to despise the notion of going over there to just click a box, yes no or dont know and that is in the general forum for anyone to vote on and even then the odds are in favour there too.

How can i take a bloke serious with the name of Donkey work anyway? No offence. You choose to hide behind a pseudonym and yet you have lost "faith" in me.

If it wasnt for your long post I wouldnt be sure if you was serious or not.

If enough people are interested, I would be prepared to post Certs on a Secure Server (accessable via username & password) for the 30 days that they are valid for.

The online version would for obvious reasons, be a scanned copy of the original document.

I think the way AIM in america do it, with a 32bit SHA1 hash is the best option over a username and password.

For those not familiar with america, you get an email with html copy of your certs basics, and a link that looks like

http://www.dom.ext/blag/cert.php?hash=w ... -es23-x342

You email this link to people your working with, they click it and you can see the basics of the results. I assume the AIM people tried everything and came to this conclusion so why re-invent the wheel ?

It is said that both love and truth walk hand in hand. But if the need is great enough, can we learn to love a lie?

Hi

Online or not. The thing we need is CONTISTANT certs.

I've already bladdered on regarding this. Also of certs are meaningless!!!!

A simple eg Gonorrhoea Negative Result - what the F**CK does that mean!

Noth thats what - we need to have what body part is tested - Mouth, Vigina/Penis/Ass.

So before we go on where one should be able to read them lets go on about getting meaningful test certs.

Glad I got that off my chest lol

Checkout me & Harmony Hex's DVD - The Horney Producers - and we where!!

James - the one you just cant stop lovin lol MWAH !love!

Haha! You old donkeys! FFS.... choice is to stay in the shit hole WE are all in now with this perpetual circle of infection, reinfection and altered, handwritten and faked tests....

Or bite the fucking bullet, accept SOMETHING needs to be done and ACT!

Anyways, wasted valuable seconds typing this as most of the contributors it would not directly effect anyway, thanks for the input but after all is said and done... it's the health of me and my fellow performers that is my priority.

My taxi is waiting....
