WMV or DIVX?

We do both. We just dropped MOV/MPEG...

DivX is really the best but without the market share of WMV..

I'm leaning towards both for similar reasons, what settings for DivX do you find best?

Try downloading Dr DivX (http://labs.divx.com/DrDivX

It is much more powerful than DivX Convertor and is absolutely free

From there you can change audio and video bit rates as well as setting custom resolutions.

We make a WMV first then match the DivX to the file size of the WMV...
