I've worked with these people - I used them to set up a shooting trip earlier this year.
He called me this morning about this, and is serious - basically the mundane "eurobabes" stuff is suffering competition from cheap Russian material, so they need girls who speak major world/market languages.
Esp English. Most porn buyers speak English and want some natural English interaction.
Your flight and expanses would be covered. You'd get 400-500 Euros a scene (BG) - Pounds 320 to 400. I've told him that he really needs to offer the top end of that.
To make the trip worthwhile there would be 4-6 scenes over a week.

We only looking for FEMALE models at this stage.
Soft/solo models: You must be 18-26, all natural, no implants, no tattoos, no non-removable piercing, no visible scars, acne, etc. Basically: proper supermodel look required except height and the anorexia
. Competition is very heavy in this field. Check yourself against Hegre-Art.com, FEMJOY.com or MET-Art models, if you don't match, move over.
