No problem, Katrina. I just see this censorship as totally unesccessary. You have to ask "Is the UK a better place because we censor explicit sex on TV " ? That's it now, I'll go away for a bit and give you all a rest.

The sad irony is that you don't need to fight ofcon. There is nothing in UK law that says R18 equivalent can't be broadcast, just the ofcon code. The ofcon code is not law but it is what is used to prosecute and thus should conform to the law fully - it doesn't.

Even City Media Lawyers Wiggin & Co. came to this conclusion (Jason Chess, Wiggin & Co. partner if you want to look it up).
