At the German site of orgazmik is a review about this film. From this, it sounds reliable, that the title on screen is "Jean Pallett's Sex Boxxx".

I found some pics of Cathy Young, which match to the pics at the cover and the pics of the gallery of xnk7311.

She has a mole at her right breast and a navel-piercing.

Some additional info about Cathy Young:

She started 2006 (18 years old) for SD Evolution with an exclusive-contract.
The contract was canceled in 2007 from the company, because she
broke the rules and did scenes for a amateur-site. Probably something as mydirtyhobby.
