Searching for a film

Hoping someone can help. I owned a movie on video years ago and I'd really like to find it again, but I can only remember certain bits of it.

The main story is of a teenage girl who spends the entire movie not having sex until the final scene.
It starts with a sex scene between her parents. The next scene I remember is two of the girl's teenage friends (both olive skinned, dark haired and busty) seducing her dad and having sex with him until the girl walks in as they've arranged.

It ends with a bunch of teens playing a strip card game while the main female is upstairs with her boyfriend getting ready to have sex for the first time.

I know it's not much to go on, but hopefully it'll ring a bell with someone.

I think Jean-Yves le Castel may have played the father, but I've looked on IAFD and can't find the movie, so even that could be wrong.
