ID petite redhead with big blue eyes - thanks

Hey all, I have been looking for an ID of this attractive petite redhead starlet for a few years.

Have seen many close lookalikes but have not yet got a confirmed ID - this girl has quite distinctive moles on her body, which some of her lookalikes do not match.

Would be nice. Unfortunately, I think this pic was originally found as a one-off, with no performer name given in a "European stars pics mix" or some such compilation.

However, I am still hunting for more of her or even a hi-rez version of this pic... better yet a full body pic (on the off-chance this one was cropped).

This photo shows some quite distinctive freckles and moles on her breasts and shoulders, so I will also review as many of Mira's films as possible to see if any matches are visible.

Unclear if it is her though as the mystery woman has distinctive freckles/moles near armpit, shoulder, on upper breasts, which are not visible on Keke. However, these may have been covered with makeup for her scene.
