I have come across a French movie called INCESTE EN FAMILLE
released on DVD (don't know when) by Oeil Du Cochon and starring Anyta, Sophia, Stephanie, Jack Double V, Gilles, Manu=Manuel Ferrara. The sex acts are performed with condoms.

Later in the movie, when all these scenes have been played out, Manu is visited by a middle-aged man who brings along a skinny dark-haired young woman Anyta (who I suspect to be Esther Lavi): .
The father basically diddles the daughter Anyta a little bit and even licks her pussy a bit, but leaves the fucking of her to Manu (anal, facial).

Good job at ID'ing, JJ.
Manuel Ferrara started in the late 1990's. He looks young here and referred to and billed
as Manu.
The production is a bit on the cheap side, all occurring indoors, with only one brief scene at the beginning
of the movie with Sophia returning home and walking down the street for a few seconds.
What threw me off was that it was released on DVD, and that it featured safe sex scenes (which really did not
come into great use in French hc movies until around 2005 or so (by my own "unscientific" calculation, that is).
I became aware of the existence of this movie sometime in 2007.
So perhaps it may have been released sometime in 2000 or shortly thereafter.

I neglected to mention that some web sites have indicated the director
is Jack Wood. I don't recall or believe the movie credits actually showed this name,
but the DVD box cover indicates that it is a film by "Wood et Cochon" (Wood and Cochon)

Sorry to keep going back to the well on this title.
It's just that I am going through several titles at the same time, and it
gets confusing as to what has occurred in each scene in each movie.
I am firing off messages to EGAFD and IAFD (about different movies) about
title submissions and corrections and it's difficult to keep all the ducks
in the right order.
I had done a draft of my submission about this title on EGAFD, on this thread, but
the web site and other sites closed down on me while I was doing some minor
maintenance and I lost my original notes and I had to redo them from memory.

The middle-aged man in last scene of course plays the "father" of Katya,
and he does more than just touch her and lick her pussy. He gets to fuck her too.

Anyway, here is a breakdown of scenes:
