Males include Alex Forte and Thomas Stone so this is probably a Hungarian production.

The blonde looks like Naomi Walker to me, just with dyed hair.

You've pretty much done this one to death, I'm afraid....

4WIW the girl doing the RCG in the movie being shown is Yvette Balant,
which at least establishes some vague E Euro connection.
I think Marcel's Naomi Walker-as-a-blonde suggestion is the likeliest lead.
