The movie appears to be OOPS (out of print) and no longer available. What seems to be circulating through P2P sites is a french-language satellite rip (from XXL channel) of passable quality (interlacing problems).
The worst part of the movie is the frequent presence of Alain L'yle in the title role. Simply atrocious...
