Looking for more info on this girl. One of the comments says her name is Лера Полякова or Lera Polyakova.

I think that's wrong, since searching that name brings up nothing.

Great scene- and a pretty distinctive tat. It's a vine-like design which extends
from the left shoulder a little way down the upper left arm, but mainly across
the nape and then down the spine to the right hip and buttock.
