While on an unrelated errand over on VEF I came across a suggestion that she
is Nicole Niggemeyer [nice of him to let us know....].
Opinions?

I tend to agree with the original suggestion.
All main facial features match and that kind of wide forehead must be rare enough that two different starlets in the same time frame in the same country sporting it would be too much of a coincidence.
