I am pretty sure it is Julia Chanel, but I don't recall ever seeing that old geezer with her. Have no clue as to the movie title.

Looks a little more like Anastasia [3] to me.... but I'm not at all sure.

It may be Anastasia. I was not familiar with her, and the two look very similar.
As for the file name "emoi d'enfance" (translation:"youthful emotions"). It could be a reference to the poster's interest in either the scene or the performer from his youthful days. Or it may refer to a pro-am title.

i found the movie with this title, doesn't mean anything i gues, just "classic old porn"

It definitely is Anastasia(3). I believe that she is listed in credits just as Sally.

They had an article on this movie. It was nominated for movie of the year in 1994 at the Hot"dor awards but lost to "Reves de cuir 2." Anastasia was also nominated as stralet of the year that year as well but lost to Julia Chanel, I think.
The movie is called "Sex Horror Show 2", although it is mostly listed as just "Sex Horror Show." It is directed by Youri Borko, and also has Valy Verdi in it. The only copies that I have seen of this movie are in Portugese by the company Metalx.
