Dave, a further suggestion would be to have a "live" telephone number so people can actually speak to someone in person.
However, given what you said about the weight of email, it's likely people would jam the switchboard immediately, so maybe not such a feasible idea.
In hindsight, it might have been a good idea to suspend sales, but then I know you always need a cashflow otherwise you can't always buy the stock to service the orders.
I would like more info on the website about the videos, running time, whether original boxes are supplied etc. Plus whether tapes are Euro releases of American tapes. EG you have Euro releases of Max Hardcore under the German category.

you hit the nail on the head with the phone ,that's why the voice box is always full.All requests you have will start to be included on all new titles featured and we will work on the ones that are up now over time.We will have the phone situation sorted in the next 2 weeks,a new number is in place and should be switched on next week, one of the 3 new staff members will then deal with calls, but they are still flat out on the e-mail backlog.
