80s italian films

Can anyone help me track down these films i saw on german satellite about ten years ago. the first starred a older type blonde lady who was slightly prudish so got help for a doctor who turned her into the very opposite and everytime she became this suductress type character she wore a curly brunette wig ??

the second starred a strawberry blonde/ ginger lady who had a young man staying with her who became fixated with her. Initally she refused him but eventually she gave in. One scene i remember was her sunbathing by a pool and the said young man was watching her from a distance and she new it so she moved herself into a very teasing position??

any ideas?
