Been Looking for This for Years.....?

HI Im after a movie I saw back in 1990 when I was 15 we bunked off school for the afternoon and went round a mates to watch his dads under the bed collection.....Anyway I lost touch with my mates but the nostalga of that afternoon remains.If anyone could help me with the title or actress i would be very grateful......Heres all I can remember of it:-

Schoolgirl walking home (she had a green dress on but not uniform) is stopped by a bearded guy and as the film is european says something to her about his rabbits she agrees to go were he takes who through some sort of warehouse and she plays along with it when he shows her his other pet the snake..............I cant remember if this next bit is part of the same story but they are at a party later on with many others and they get down to an orgy.

From what I remember I know the girl looked a lot like Tove Jensen but not sure if it was,it was definatley European and late 70's early eighties.
