70s porn movie with European actresses

This is going to be a stretch, and there's probably no way that anybody's actually going to be able to guess the title on this one, but there's this 70s porn that I'm looking for, and I've only seen two scenes from it. It is not 100% g/g, and I don't even know that there really are any g/g scenes (though I'm sure there's at least one).

One of the scenes shows a classroom full of girls masturbating, and each girl has a vase with a flower on top of her desk. There's a long-haired blonde woman wearing a 70s style red dress walking around the room with a pad and pen, taking notes on the girls' masturbation techniques (I'm assuming). I'm thinking the film is French or some other foreign film, because there is some definite dubbing of voices going on here. The other scene shows the same blonde haired woman in front of the same classroom of girls, but this time she appears to be showing them how to have sex with a man. She disrobes, and then proceeds to sit on this man's (semi-erect and fairly small) penis, and talk to the girls while she is bobbing up and down on the dick.

If anybody has ANY idea what porno these two scenes come from, I would be most grateful and appreciative. Again, I'm not expecting miracles. For one, I don't know how many actual 70s porn fans we have (besides myself) frequenting these boards, and for another, as I said, I don't even know if this film has any g/g scenes in it. I just found those two particular scenes VERY VERY hot.

I'm curious - I used to have a full movie on my computer that sounds extremely similar, but was lost in a hard drive crash long ago. Without knowing the name of the movie, I have yet to find it again. However, I recently found a very short clip (~4 seconds) that is of the movie I used to have, but without the movie title. This will really be testing you all.. but are these screenshots from Les Petites Ecolieres?
