Info on VTO movie 'Hottest Show On Earth

Whilst checking through an old 'Videostar' magazine I found reference to this title as an early appearance for Vivian O' Hara (the name Deborah Wells used during her time at VTO).

Thus far I have not found any more information on this title other than this single reference. I note the title is not listed on the egafd and was wondering if anybody had any additional information on it?
