Italy has just followed France in passing a law to tax hardcore pornography.
According to the BBC feature the tax rate for Italy will be 25% and is in addition to the VAT that the industry already pays.

Thank you for this info. This is the kind of easy measure for politicians: they raise money without having to solve the problems and they pretend it is for the common good. "ethical" tax, Tremonti should be kidding; if he goes on this way, he is going to tax Mediaset.
