Movie Search! Hardcore video "Blue Lagoon"

Can anyone help me? I remember watching my first ever porn when I was around 15, and that was around 1990. It was a hardcore video which was owned by my older brother, and I'm pretty sure the title was the Blue Lagoon... or something very similar. It was one of the horniest / dirtiest videos of its time, perhaps produced in the 1970's? and I'd love to try and get hold of a copy again. Most of the action was on an island. So if anyone can help please get in touch! I'm not sure which country it was produced in - could perhaps have been Germany?

After searching some more, the video may have had the title "Hitonatsu no taiken: aoi sangosho" - aka Blue Lagoon in English... and was Japanese. If anyone can give more info please let me know
