The one I am talking about AFAIK appeared only in that John T. Bone movie, in a scene that was definitely not repackaged material (I could tell a JTB directed scene among a million others, his style is so peculiar, the male actors are also from mid '90s, Rick Masters and Steve Hatcher, IIRC).
The actress I am talking about is definitely a round faced brunette.
