FELLA was released in France in Feb. 1978 and was produced by Paris Zurich Films and distributed by Etoile Distribution. It featured Nadja Santos, France Lomay, Dominique St Clair.
Don't know if it is available on video. Perhaps you can check if the producer and distributor are still in business from a French phone directory.
